COMMISSIONING OF A LAYING HENS BUILDING
CORREZE (19-France) - APRIL 2022
Building of 20,000 free-range laying hens in an aviary in Corrèze (19) by our local partner.
Mechanized ventilation with motorized side air inlets and 12 fans on the roof to ensure a fresh air supply and comfort for the hens.
The lighting is made up of 75 dimmable LED tubes to adjust the brightness according to the season, age and needs.
The hens have at their disposal an outdoor course of 8Ha, accessible during the day thanks to the automatic hatches along the length of the building.
The building and the equipment installed are powered and protected by the electrical cabinet designed and manufactured on our premises. Our Genius touch controller manages ventilation, lighting and feeding according to the parameters requested by the breeder and according to the temperature provided by the 4 interior sensors. It also centralizes continuous animal weight information using the scales installed in the building and distributes the feed using the information given by the weigh cells under the silos.
When the connection is available on site, breeders will have access to all the parameters on their smartphone or computer and the data provided will allow them to adjust the settings to the best for the hens. The objective is to facilitate the work of breeders by providing as much information as possible that will allow them to make decisions that improve the comfort of the hens, for quality eggs.
TWO BUILDINGS FOR FATTENED DUCKS READY TO USE
SPAIN - MAY 2021
Each building is made of 2 rooms separated by a central closet.
Ventilation in one part is made with 4 exhaust fans of 20.000 m³/h (11.800 cfm) and 3 exhaust fans of 40.000 m³/h (23.600 cfm). Cooling pads used as air inlets cool down temperature when needed and allow fresh air to come inside.
Fans above ducks brew and share airflow fairly between all birds.
Building atmosphere is managed with only one Genius iTouch for both rooms. This digital controller can adjust fans speed (and so the airflow), cooling system, circulation fans and LED lights.
It also gives data from sensors (temperatures mini and maxi), water consumption, food remaining in silos.
With these information and electrical securities, alarms can be automatically launched and phonecall the responsible. All features are installed to improve well-being, make farmer job easier and avoid failures or malfunctions as much as possible.
FORMER COW-CALF OPERATIONS BUILDING
Aveyron (12) - France - MARCH 2021
Former cow-calf operations building modified for 3.000 free range layers by NEGRIER & FILS (12).
Dimmable white and red lights simulating dawn and sunset with close to natural color.
Birds can walk on a weighing scale installed inside. The farmer knows birds average weight, evolution and homogeneity to enhance feed consumption and avoid troubles before it goes too serious.
Loading cells under silos indicate remaining feed in to know when to order and optimise feeding distribution : enough to fill hens needs but not too much to avoid wheight gain.
Birds can go out through automatic hatch.
Farming is managed using a iTouch Light controller. Data can be read and modification can be done on site easily thanks to the touchscreen. The farmer can also do it away on a smartphone or computer.

Building of 107m x 15m for 12.000 organic labelled layers.
Ventilation is done with 8 fans in the middle of the roof and motorised air inlet on each side.
Dimmable LED tubes are installed inside.
GENIUS iTouch controller managed these features and also silo weighing and feeding distribution.
Hens have a clear light and good atmosphere.
They are free to go out through exit hatches.

Cantal (15) - France - DECEMBER 2020
840m² building for 6000 Label Rouge (high quality certification) layers.
Two motorised air inlets each side long insure a good ventilation.
All birds can go outside through automatic hatchs to walk on a 30.000 sqm area.
Red and white LED light on and off according to a program set to look like a natural cycle of light. These bulbs are also installed to avoid dark areas where hens could lay eggs.
Light, water and food distribution, ventilation and hatch opening are managed by a Genius controller with touch screen.
EQUIPMENT OF A POULTRY FARM
Senegal - NOVEMBER 2020
We recently equipped 3 buildings of 78m x 14m in Senegal, near Thies.
Each one contains 18.000 broilers and includes :
4 feeding lines with silo screw
5 drinking lines
Hot air generators
9 exhaust fans and 2 cooling pads systems on each side
Air inlets in front of cooling pads
Our Genius iTouch computer manages all features and can be remote-controlled using FarmQuest server on computer, smartphone or tablet.
It allows to view historic numbers and modify all settings for ventilation, heating, cooling and feed distribution.
It also shows silo weight, broilers feeding consumption and birds growing curve with weighing scales installed inside.
VENTILATION MISTING IN A SLAUGHTERHOUSE
Morocco - OCTOBER 2020
A new slaughterhouse needed to cool down the arrival quais (1 for chicken, 1 for turkeys). Each quai is 24m x 24m and 8m height.
MFS 52 recirculation fans (140cm x 140cm – 38.000 m3/h) are installed to create a moving airflow. On each fan, we provide a high pressure misting system (60 bars) to have more humidity. The moisterised airflow moving makes temperature going down.
Each quai has 16 MFS 52 fans and each one has a misting system.
MFS 52 are linked to frequecy controllers (2 x 7,5KW). Water is pressurised using a 13L/mn motor-pump group and automatic valves to automaticallay start and stop the misting sequence.
A global controller Genius GE-24 manages start, stop and speed variation using 2 temperature and 1 humidity sensor. If temperature inside goes above the desired temperature setting, the ventilation start and speed will increase if temperature still rise. At a certain temperature, misting system start to cool down but staying under a humidity percentage. When temeprature decreases, misting will stop and and fans speed slows down.
The objective of such an installation is to have a decent atmosphere for birds waiting on quais.
It is also much more comfortable for workers.
